John Devaney – Joint Managing Director

John is a CPA with over 20 years experience in finance both in practice and in industry. He has worked as a financial controller in multinational companies in the veterinary pharmaceutical and commercial gas supply industries.

John holds an MBA from Warwick Business School where he researched into the need for small businesses to have quality management information.

John is responsible for the operations management and financial control at Maxima.

James Goodman – Joint Managing Director

An economics graduate from Manchester University, James was previously Deputy Financial Controller of Haymarket Publishing where he led the team identifying new markets and business opportunities.

He has worked for a number of television production companies returning to the business sector where he teamed up with John Devaney.

James is responsible for Maxima’s sales, marketing, personnel and training.
